BULO is specializing in the design and planning of contemporary furniture for office and multipurpose furniture for residential and professional.
In 1963 Walter Busschop develops a storage carriage. Earnings are reinvested in a business called BULO. Since 1970 the company thrives, supported by two pillars: quality and service. Between 1970 and 1980, aware that the sale of a "total look" allow it to increase its market share in Belgium, BULO begins to specialize in the planning and design of office furniture.
BULO installed in 1987 in Malines (Mechelen), becomes the market leader in Belgium.
The collection Carte Blanche gives prominent European architects and designers the opportunity to give tangible form to their ideas of what should be a desk.
In 2000 a new range of executive furniture, designed by French architect Jean Nouvel, Was launched. In 2007 a new building within the range of Carte Blanche is presented to the public: Table of Edouard François Love.
